[TYPO3-translators] Only Show non-translated files?

I see the point. What about having the possibilities to either

a) regenerate these information upon one click? Ok it takes some time do 
this, but then it would be done upon this click, not upon every load of 
the BE module.

b) regenerate this information every n minutes via a cronjob? That would 
imho be the cleanest way for the users - they get (almost) current data 
that is pre-computed and they just have to use it.

And then we could have a new view in the translation extension that 
filters out all files that are fully translated - and show only the ones 
that really need to be looked at. That would help the translators I think!
