[TYPO3-translators] New core, no new labels ?

Hi,

I've been wondering how is it possible to make new code without creating 
any new labels. I just checked that new 4.1RC1 has not modified the 
numbers in Finnish translation at all. Or are the translations at all 
for 4.1? Or is it possible that I haven't noticed some new methof how 
translation should happen.

I also noticed just now that the server 
http://194.117.233.66/typo3/t3l10n/typo3/index.php is down/doesn't 
respond ! Yesterday evening it was on.

Please inform asap if translations are needed as I would like to get 4.1 
final also totally localized in my language (for some id***ts ;-) )
