[TYPO3-translators] New extension static_info_tables_ga for galician language

If this is true, and in the next version this will be changed, is there
any possibility to keep 'ga' as Typo3 code for galician?
Like is only a temporary solution maybe keep 'ga' is possible. The
problem is that, the project www.bygalicia.eu is very big and the change
from 'ga' to 'gz' implies quite changes in it.

If this isn't possible, we use the code 'ga' only for this project. And
for the news projects we use the new code 'gz'.
