[TYPO3-translators] Brazilian Translation for TYPO3 4.0

Please,
 I am lookink for a Brazilian Portuguese translation extension for TYPO3
  4.0. I haven't found the extension "csh_br" in the Internet. Do you
know if already exists a translation extension for TYPO3 4.0?
Would the translation extension for TYPO3 3.8 work fine in TYPO3 V4?
How could I get an e-mail contact with the group that made the
translations Brasilian Portuguese?
