[TYPO3-translators] Translation of extensions: how to proceed?

Hi,

I have a few extensions published on TER which may need to be 
translated, or may have incomplete translations, such as direct_mail, 
sr_freecap or sr_sendcard. These extensions use xml language files.

How can I make these available to translators? Do I need to install 
these on the translation server? How should I proceed?
