[TYPO3-translators] Questions regarding localization of sytem extensions

Yes, of course.

Depends:

On official translation server: The labels in the extension there is  
what gets translated. These locallang files can still be used for  
newer version while they do not supply a translation for new labels  
of course (they just remain in english).
Anyone on their own: Can set up a server with newest version of  
extension, use "llxmltranslate" to translate the neweste version and  
use that transaltion. Might even be possible to move translation to a  
future translation repository.
