[TYPO3-translators] htmlArea RTE - lack of some buttons/function at translation server

hi

I am just translating htmlArea RTE and I have noticed that not all
buttons/functions are available in the htmlArea on translation server.

It is really helpful to see the translated lables in action. I think
it could be nice to set htmlArea RTE default configuration settings to
DEMO to enable rest of the buttons. Thanks!
