[TYPO3-translators] Translation 4.0 can begin

I can confirm what Lars says; That multiple people working on the  
same file can override each others content! I'm sorry if this is the  
case but I have no immediate solution other than - between  
translators - to coordinate which files you work on. Or translate  
locally and merge to the public server.

The extension for translation, "llxmltranslate", could be publicly  
developed by more people who are interested. If this is the case I  
will put it in CVS and more people can help to make it better!
