[TYPO3-translators] Download language packs

[Kasper Skårhøj]

The status page now contains download links to a tgz version of the  
language packs. It will be updated each night along with the status  
page itself:

http://194.117.233.66/typo3/t3l10n/typo3conf/l10n/status.html

(Unfortunately I haven't solved all my problems with the cronscript  
for making the status page so maybe it will not work properly yet... )
