[TYPO3-translators] Xhosa

[Simon Angling]

I would like to start the process of translating into Xhosa (a South African
language). 

 

How would one go about starting the translation process and what tools (if
any) are available?

 

Does anyone have an estimate of how many man-hours it would take to
translate the core back-end? I'm not a Xhosa speaker so I will have to
outsource this work.
