[TYPO3-workspace] How to move a set of changes from one workspace to the other?

Hello everybody,

let's say we have the workspaces LIVE, Team1 and Team2 and a
TYPO3 4.5.

Is there a way to move a set of changes from workspace Team1 to
workspace Team2? How would you do that?

I have to admit that I'm not very experienced with workspaces ...
