At the following page, it says Volunteers requested to translate the
Linuxtag 2006 PDF

I googled the pdf, pulled up a cached version and translated it with
google translate (actually with an FF ext that uses google translate.

PS - the translation is definitely lacking, but hey, it's a start. Maybe
I'll pull out my German dictionary and do a little better manual job
later. Maybe.
