[TYPO3-ter] Problem with repository?

Hi Anders,

due to non-syncing mirrors we removed all mirrors but typo3.org from the
mirrors file.
Your problem can be a related issue to that, but I don't know exactly
how the mirroring is working.

Maybe ask the Server Team in Slack or in their mailing list/forum.
