Hi Philipp
I am posting on typo3.teams.ter ML as well to keep the communication transparent.

Indeed, this is not the work missing ;)

Thanks for your interest.
TER is a wide play ground which encompasses different projects:
1. The Upload Web Service
2. The FE Display of the Extension Repository - typo3.org/extensions/
3. Extension Documentation generation and handling
----
For 1. - Web Service - there is a next meeting scheduled at the end of December where Sebastian and
Thomas would like to discuss some concept / prototyping for our next TER architecture. Looks they
have some interesting / ambitious ideas they exposed during our last meeting back in September.
@Sebastian and @Thomas : could you advertise this meeting on this ML so that everyone interested can
join? Is it OK for you?
----
For 2. - FE Display - Kay recently worked hard towards an extbase TER FE. The result is available on
T3O Relaunched. http://preview.typo3.org/extensions/repository/
@Kai: Would you mind giving a glimpse of your work and give some information you consider relevant?
Perhaps, you could open a new thread on this ML so that everyone is informed.
BTW, is this repository up to date?

----
For 3. - Extension Documentation - there is the migration plan going from OpenOffice.org to reST.
Martin Bless worked on some script for migrating a SXW document into a RST. There are some more info
on the Documentation Mailing list about the current outcome. Additionally, there are some other
ideas around how the TER documentation should look like.
So... that's it for a rough overview of our activities and plans.

Thanks Steffen.
