[TYPO3-team-templavoila] RFC #15063: Introduce seperate ajax responder to handle d&d calls

Problem:
Currently index.php of mod1 is used as ajax responder.
In this functionallity should move to a separate class in order to 
increase readabillity and probably request performance.

Solution:
Introduce separate ajax responder.

Notes:
This patch removes some trailing whitespaces as well (editor settings).
