[TYPO3-hci] Getting rid of the changed arrow?

I edit something and fiddle around with the cursor (leaving the fields I
have changed). Then I am interrupted and perhaps even leave my PC.

When I get back the triangle reminds me what I have done. It's nifty but
not really important. But I don't understand why you loath it that much.

In typical TYPO3 manner we can add a user config that suppresses the
arrow :)
