[TYPO3-hci] Confusing: search icon in backend toolbar looks like

Yep. It's a bit confusing.
We could change it to binocular for example.
The shortcut icon near could be transformed in the symbol of star,
this will make it more near to bookmark, like it was made in "modern_skin".
For me personally the symbol of the floppy disc is also very funny.
Even it's very common to use it to make Save icon :)
