[TYPO3-hci] Icon for web site languages

Hi,

The original rounded speech bubble I posted in the core list was 
actually taken from another software, so I created a new one here. I'm 
not totally convinced of round bubble, as I think a squarish look fits 
the current skin better. So I'm proposing 3 variants: the original 
nearly square bubble, another one with more strongly rounded corners and 
a round one.
