[TYPO3-hci] Icon for web site languages

You know what, that was actually my first idea. But after reducing an 
ideogram to an icon of 16x16 pixels it didn't look like much. Admittedly 
I had chosen a complicated one (the Japanese character for language 語 
(I wonder if that will show up...)), but choosing a simpler one then had 
little meaning. So I went on with the speech bubble.
