[TYPO3-hci] Make wrapping in getDynTabMenu() more flexible (dividers2tabs)

Hi Niels,

on the T3DD08, this will be discussed. There will be some other changes 
for 4.3 too.

The DynTabMenu is used by several other extensions (e.g. sys_action). So 
there might be some new problems...
