Can we agree that there's already too much "icons" in the BE.

While at it I would propose:

1- Remove "icons folders" in front of categories (Backend, frontend plugins)

2- Remove icons on the left menus/frame (yes not related to EM...) for 
Web, File, Doc, User, Tools and offer a TSconfig switch for "old school" 
BE  ;)

    config.ShowIconsLeftFrame = 1 (default is 0)
