[TYPO3-hci] Search while you type for BE

Well, i think for BE the best would be to create an extension, which
shows up somewhere in the frameset (maybe next to the uid edit/search
toolbar). This extension could create a connection to the DB Check
module, and uses that search.. (so we don't have hundreds of search
extensions..)

The DB Check module could be changed, so that it's using indexes or
something like that (if it's not using this allready..)
