[TYPO3-hci] ajax widget sidebar panel

Hi!
Well.. To be honest, today i have more ideas than just one.. :)
I think Kasper talked about something like widgets a few days or months
ago.. What about creating not only widgets, but a complete widget sidebar?

You know that Google Desktop thing? What about creating an ajax driven
sidebar that can show you e.g. the help for the current page or option
you're just looking at, or a nice clock, or the opened pages, or your
inbox, .... and that all in TYPO3! :)

I know, this is not very nice for everone because of accessibility, but
it might be nice for many others. And those who have problems in using
the computer might not be even interested in using a flashy ajax driven
panel, that pops out all the time :) (if it's not deactivated in the
user settings of course ;) )
