[TYPO3-hci] New Web Module based on Dojo Toolkit

More faster, less traffic, etc.

E.g.: When load you open a tree not need reload all, just retrieve the
data need.

The advantage of use it clear, the first step, was that the clickmenu
works with AJAX, and not with the frame.

Indeed with Dojo, u dont have fallback, becuase it the JS who render
the XHTML, but which browser not have JS. This script work on any
broswer and his API, is browser independent.
