Kasper, may I promote myself for the leadership part?
(self-ignite fireworks as you used to call it... ;)   )

I've already got few more input of people here on the list, TYPO3
friends and at work. I also got someone with very good usability
knowledge/experience also good at making mockups.

Since the install tool is so independant of TYPO3 itself in a way, I
don't mind being in 4.1, 4.2 or even 5.0...

I also want to do some comparative checks with other popular tools like
those already mentionned (Gallery, Joomla) and also SugarCRM and few others.

We can also think about an informal meeting with people at T3CON.

Right now I prefer to use the wiki to write (history, revision, trace...)

Let's nail this one!
