Please read carefully, I wrote that this design can possibly be styled 
with t3_skin of v 4.x

assume that you clicked on the web-module >> the submodules of web are 
loaded >> now, howto quickly get into another submodule of another 
mainmodule f.e. 'extension manager'? right, point your mouse to 'tools' 
and select the module in the dropdown
