[TYPO3-hci] proposal for a better integration of shortcuts

Hello again,

I recently saw a nice dhtml-menu, which scrolls the whole page down and 
shows meta-infos when clicked (works in FF, IE, Safari!).

Better have a look at the following url and klick on the button 
'NAVIGATE/SEARCH' you'll find at the top of the page:

Maybe this could be a nice solution to better organize shortcuts from 
the tiny frame located at the bottom of the typo-BE. Imagine there could 
be nice shortcut-lists organised in categories side by side.
