Hi Lasse,
great work, interesting proof-of-concept.
Though I have to say that I somehow miss the icon-bar Kasper introduced
(I like it more than the Desktop) and the Dashboard, but that might be
triggered somewhere else.
One general problem I have with this UI is the window-in-a-window
solution. It is technically interesting, but I don't think it makes a
lot of sense there - the users don't need that much of freedom, they
already have that on their real desktop, where they can move their Icons
around and change the background-image, and so on. And think about the
problems you create for all those telephone-support people (woohaa!).
But I really appreciate that you don't just talk about it but rather
create such impressive prototypes. Keep it up.
bye,
Thomas
