[TYPO3-hci] The personal itch & motivation

Hey,
I just think that it is not only about the customers but we have a
totally different view as open-source-developers - because we see the
users and their itches - commercial projects maybe have more money but
don't get the feedback directly and as easy as we do.
Also I see a nice parallel between the TYPO3 Association and the Mozilla
Foundation and that it's the right way to go.
That's all. Nothing more ;-).
