[TYPO3-hci] the new TeamContract

Hey Kasper,

would be cool, if you create a new entry or an update at the Team
Contract-page. I think the TeamContract-idea is very good - so it's
easier for people to check what they want.

A project is a team, too -- so I think this page is good for
project-teams, too, to show transparency.

I added a version-number for the "mission"-part now (in the
DocTeam-section). It's a little bit crazy to version a mission-text, but
I think it's concequent. ;-)
