[TYPO3-hci] New time input system for T3?

Hi!
This might be a stupid idea, but i know it from Outlook and hey.. I like it.

If you create a new event or have to specify a date within Outlook, you 
can say something like 'next tuesday' or 'third tuesday in november'.

In T3 you are currently able to say 'd+7', but wouldn't a wording like 
Outlook has it be much better?

It's somehow more userlanguage, then 'linux freak style' ;) *please 
don't hit me :D*
