i'm not sure if the bugtracker is a valuable ressource for usability
related stuff. from my point of view, the bugtracker is filled from
developers and adminstrators, whereas we should have a look at end users
aka editors and their troubles getting things done...
feedback from agencies, respectiv their training personal is of more
value in my opinion...
