Well.. I would like to mention some other pro's on this one:
1) we can precheck, whether the server is capable of running T3. This 
means: harddrive space ("hey user! you have to buy another harddrive!" 
:)), apache, php & database programs and version check
2) we can check, whether the downloaded files are correct and not 
corrupted (md5 hashes)
3) we can dynamicly access mirrors
4) and: while downloading and showing the install things (and a tiny 
status bar), we can just do it the M$ way.. This means: playing some 
cool music (i really like that windows welcome music you can listen to 
in your Win setup folder (somehwere) (WinXP).. Something like this would 
be cool _and_ we might say too that a minute lasts 80 seconds if the 
server is to slow ;) *jokingly*
