[TYPO3-hci] Online-Survey

Hi,

Lene, I agree to you - we mainly focussed on the "tech"-user. That does
not please me either. I personally planned to focus on "Yvonne" at the
end of the week (busy atm). But I hope others will contribute until then.

In fact, we plan to do some junctions, so that we adress tech-users as
well as Yvonnes. And we have to insert the possibiliy to answer "I don't
know what that is" almost everywhere. So we can have a look afterwards
how deep the insight of Yvonnes (or Pauls or which usergroup ever) in
TYPO3 really is. I guess getting "everyday" tasks and how they are done
is a great part for persona-building. Ofc we cannot get the 100% exact
insight - therefore we would have to do qualitativ interviews (as it was
done in the persona-group before).

Jens' idea of doing two surveys isn't that good in my opinion, coz we
will have to do things twice and users are not willing to contribute to
"another" questionaire again...

I guess one major aim is "getting insight" as Jens stated:

But "main, general workflow" aims at both Yvonnes' and tech-users'
workflows.

Please feel free to place some of your (concrete) questions in the wiki
(at least at the bottom as comment). This is a pool of ideas at the
moment, throw in yours ;)

Greetings,
-sebastian
