[TYPO3-hci] Dropdown >< tabbed menu

Hi

Kasper and Lasse seems to give priority to dropdown menus
instead of tabbed menu because dropdown has less horizontal movement.

Using tabbed menu can however save active main and sub module - even 
over sessions using cookies and storing into them the last activated 
main module. IMO capability to store active main and sub module is
big advantage.
