[TYPO3-hci] Online-Survey (here: translation needed)

Hello all together,

its chrismas soon. I guess we will start the survey in the next year (so 
that everybody is fresh for filling it out at office). :)

Thanks for those, who already contributed.

In addition to that we search translators.
I will cover the German version. Who else can / is able to contribute a 
translation (this has not to be done now, but in the next weeks when we 
reach a final state for the survey).
