[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #11083 DAM duplicates Medias in Workspace

Problem:
Using DAM with Workspaces creates duplicates of every media file which 
is uploaded in a (draft or custom) workspace because indexing finds only 
workspace placeholders and can not match with found filenames (and 
path). Filenames and filepath are not save in the workspace 
placeholders. Deeper explanation in the bug entry.

Solution:
Use the TCA option "shadowColumnsForNewPlaceholders" to make sure also 
the placeholders have the needed file info for indexing.

Notice:
Patch is against the trunk from SVN...

But it's my first SVN patch request. Anything to make it better next 
time? ;-)
