[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #0016543: batch edit not working in Typo3 4.5

Hello DAM people!

This is a SVN patch request.

Type: bug fix

BT reference: http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=16543

Problem:
The following JS error occurs on pressing the batch edit button:
document.forms.editform is undefined

Go to "Media" -> "List" -> Choose a folder with files -> activate Batch 
processing -> try to delete / move some files.
Nothing happens ;(

Solution:
Wrap the fields with a <form> :)
