Hi Dan,

thanks for the patch.

* "really delete this media type" dialog window is empty
* the icon field of the edit dialog is a bit weird. Could the currently 
active icon be displayed?
* should the table of all media types be really sorted by type? i'd expect 
sorting by extension
* could the table of all media types have some nice alternating rows etc.? 
(very optional)

With the remark of empty delete confirmation +1 by testing.
