Problem:

using MSIE 8.0 and the Elementbrowser,
a) in media-tab: the listed files are displayed below the directory-tree 
instead to the right of it
b) in upload-tab: the upload form is displayed below the directory-tree 
instead to the right of it

reasons are (wrongly) nested forms

solution: added dummy form as fix
