Problem:

using MSIE 8.0 and selecting the upload tab wont allow you to go back to 
the list tab, as it is overlayed by the selector box for the number of 
concurrent uploads.

fix: enlarge one spacer and additionally place the "overwrite" checkbox 
right aside the selector box
