[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #9702: New Folder module lacks docheaders

Steffen,

#ext-dam-mod-cmd-index-php was supposed to be added by patch 9548 - 
forgot to mention that.

As for the create button - that conflicts with the purpose of the 
docheader. It makes it much closer to the core if all buttons are up top.
