Please add #ext-dam-mod-cmd-index-php to stylesheet.css to remove body-tag margin (see #9548).

+1 by testing after removing margin.

I liked the "create" (?) button. As in DAM there are almost everywhere buttons below the forms (and one doesn't have to use standard save-icon), I would prefer the button to stay there.
