[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #9559: Cleanup: DAM doesn't depend on ceflexform anymore

Problem:
DAM still has a suggestion to install extension ceflexform, but this is 
not necessary anymore.

Solution:
Remove suggestion from ext_emconf.php
