[TYPO3-dam-devel] FYI: Fixed bug #9197: Misbehaviour of DAM media tab in htmlArea RTE link insertion dialogue

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
When SVN DAM trunk hooks on the RTE link insertion dialogue, some
controls of the DAM media tab do not work. Some DAM css and JavaScript
are missing on the page.

Solution:
Restructure RTE code in 
rtehtmlarea/mod3/class.tx_rtehtmlarea_browse_links.php and use 
appropriate method after DAM hook has added its css and javascript.

Note:
A patch in SVN DAM trunk was also required, and committed, otherwise DAM
would be broken with both TYPO3core trunk and TYPO3_4-2.
