Agree that this is not a dam bug, cc_metaexec has no mantis category 
however. The fix is logical and works. We should 'ignore' this bug for 
now but leave it in the bug tracker.

We should put some more effort in contacting the author. If this fails 
we should . . . .
- take over the extension key
- put this extension in svn
- fix the issue
- create a mantis subcategory under tx_dam for cc_metaexec
- move the bug over there
- close the bug
