[TYPO3-dam-devel] new sv_* exts

Hi ben, hi yall,

attached you'll find an update for the services.

The extension manager now offers the possibility to enable/disable each 
service separately (though a service does not show up as "not working" 
in the indexers info module if an admin did not install an external 
program for whatever reason).

there is a first manual.sxw for each extension. id be really happy if 
somebody (with a better english than mine) could read and correct them - 
thnx in advance.
