[TYPO3-core] Filemodule reference check

Hi,

Now the fix of Alex is in the sys_refindex is alot better in sync. We have
to adjust the FileDeletionAspect so it also cleans the sys_refindex when
deleting file(reference)s.
One problem is the use of FAL in extbase to persist a ownObject -
sysFileReference - sysFile relation. I'm not sure sys_refindex is updated
correctly then, have to do some tests with that. But that is a different
issue.

Think we should revert parts of the changes in the filemodule so it uses
the sys_refindex again to display references and only when it makes sense
use data from sys_file_reference but do not think that is needed anymore
with the fix of Alex.

What's your opinion?
