[TYPO3-core] Review system woes

Hi,

I share the same impression and that's the reason why I stopped
submitting the patches from AOEmedia to the review system. Even though
these patches often touched places where nobody else was interested to
even look at (e.g. l10n handling in the early days, or the link wizards)
- with the current attitude you described it's nearly impossible to pass
along good changes.

Btw. having "bug-review days" is imho no option to solve this situation
- usually during such days only trivial UI changes are touched but
things like cHash handling would still scare off people. Also the
day-to-day business nearly always prevents me personally to attend such
events.

A possible solution could imho still be to define "open" ticket limits -
but that suggestion never got any other friends in earlier threads ;)

Cheers,
Tolleiv
