[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15840: Broken loading icon when loading IRRE elements

Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
Revision 8154 broke the loading icon for IRRE records.

Solution:
A " (double-quote) was not removed when the API was changed. This means 
the code cannot find the ID it is related to and therefore the icon will 
not be swapped while the record is loaded.

Really a no-brainer.

How to reproduce:
Try loading an IRRE element and "open" sub-records - notice the icon is 
changing while it is loading.

Run the patch and try again.
